Hiiii! It's nice to meet you :)

By trade, I'm a massage therapist and yoga teacher for over a decade. But, my true gifts have to do with working in the coaching, mentorship, and facilitation space.

I've been leading retreats internationally since 2014 and have spent the past decade mastering the intricacies of retreat production and leadership across the USA and abroad.

It all started way back when I was invited in 2014 to assist my very first yoga retreat in Costa Rica. From that moment forward I knew that working in the container of a retreat was my calling and I never looked back! 

I spent the next 5 years working for a Global Retreat Company where I was mentored in the art of retreat leadership and facilitation. In  in 2019 I launched a travel company of my own where I continue my work of education, production, and facilitation in the retreat space today.

Before I became a wellness professional, I spent a decade working in diverse leadership positions, including hospitality, grass-roots organizing, and event production which refined my skills in organizing. After my first retreat experience, I knew that had finally found a home for my craft!

I remember when I used to dream for years of coming up with a way to combine my love for travel - and get to make money doing it - but I had no idea how to begin. I remember how hard it was at the beginning, trying to figure it all out on my own. So many logistics, decisions, and financial risks involved.

Fast forward over a decade to now, and I cannot believe how far I've come. I've learned so much on this 10 year journey, and I'd like to help make creating your retreats easier for you!

I've been selling out international retreats since way before it was fashionable and even before I had a website or an instagram™ account, and trust me - if I can do it you can too!!
